As part of strengthening international partnerships and developing home furnishing and decor solutions for the regional market, Engineer Mohammad Yousef Al-Bashety paid an official visit to the headquarters and AI-driven manufacturing facilities of Oppein Home Group in the People's Republic of China in 2026.
This visit serves as a strategic move to solidify cooperation with major industrial groups and build upon shared successes; Oppein is the world’s largest manufacturer in the fields of cabinetry, kitchens, and whole-house customization.
Engineer Mohammad Al-Bashety’s tour included a visit to the expansive advanced manufacturing complexes, where he explored the latest in automated manufacturing technology and smart production line solutions powered by AI (AI Factories).
The visit also focused on examining the sustainability standards adopted at the company's factories (which have been awarded the "National Green Factory" classification), and discussing ways to transfer these technological insights to ensure the delivery of eco-friendly products free of harmful emissions to the local consumer.
Engineer Mohammad Al-Bashety held a series of high-level meetings with Oppein’s executive management, focusing on:
Expanding the Product Portfolio: Introducing the latest production lines and innovative modern models in collaboration with the group's Italian design houses.
Developing Digital Supply Chains: Activating smart supply tools and direct digital integration between showrooms and the main factories to reduce shipping and installation lead times.
Supporting Local Branches: Building on the success story marked by the opening of the 131st global Oppein branch in Bashety Al-Bayader, to ensure the continued provision of "One-Stop Service" that includes custom design, superior quality, and reliable warranty.
In a statement following the visit, Engineer Mohammad Al-Bashety emphasized:
"Our partnership with a global giant like Oppein is not just aimed at importing products, but at introducing a completely new concept in the custom furniture and home furnishing sector. Our vision for 2026 is based on integrating smart design solutions and sustainable materials to meet the growing aspirations of our customers, ensuring they receive global quality at competitive prices."
The visit concluded by establishing clear frameworks for future expansion plans during the second half of 2026, which aim to strengthen the brand's position as the primary choice for major construction projects and modern homes, thereby contributing to a qualitative shift in the luxury home fixtures and kitchen sector in the region.
