📦 First: Shipping and Delivery Policy

We understand that receiving equipment and materials on time is the backbone of your project's success; therefore, we manage an advanced logistics network covering all parts of the Kingdom.

1. Coverage Areas and Delivery Times

• All Governorates of the Kingdom: Our transport fleet covers all governorates of Jordan from North to South (including Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Aqaba, and development and construction zones).

• Delivery Time:

  • Within the Capital Amman and Zarqa: Delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours from the order confirmation date.

  • Other Governorates: Delivery takes place within 3 to 5 working days maximum.

  • Urgent Orders: Same-day delivery service is available for some urgent materials and parts (subject to prior coordination with the sales department).

2. Shipping and Unloading Fees

• Delivery fees depend on the size of the shipment and the geographic distance to the delivery location.

• For heavy equipment (such as large generators and compressors), transport and unloading costs using specialized hydraulic cranes are calculated precisely to ensure safety, and the customer is informed of the cost before the shipment departs.

• Free shipping offers are periodically available on specific orders or when purchases exceed a certain threshold (announced via the online store).

3. Receiving Goods and On-Site Inspection

• The customer (or their representative, such as the site supervisor) is obligated to inspect the products and verify the quantities and types against the official invoice before signing the receipt voucher.

🔄 Second: Return and Exchange Policy

We have designed our return policy to be flexible and in compliance with the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law, while taking into account the technical nature of tools and industrial equipment.

1. General Terms for Return and Exchange

• Timeframe: The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the receipt date indicated on the invoice.

• Product Condition: The product must be in its original factory condition (unused, uninstalled, and not operated with fuel or electricity), inside its original undamaged packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and warranty certificates included.

• Proof of Purchase: The original invoice (paper or electronic) must be presented to complete any return or exchange process.

2. Exceptional Cases and Non-Returnable Products

To mitigate technical risks, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect:

• Customized Orders: Such as kitchens, wall cabinets, and wardrobes from the OPPEIN department that have been manufactured and tailored specifically to the dimensions of the customer's home.

• Goods Sold by Meter or Weight: Such as cut electrical wires, ropes, and pipes after they have been cut at the customer's request.

• Fast-Consumable Materials: Such as drill bits, cutting discs, and oils and greases after their containers have been opened.

3. Refund Mechanism

• After the returned product is received and inspected by our technical team to verify its safety and condition according to the terms:

  • If paid in cash or upon delivery, the amount will be refunded in cash immediately at the showroom or via local transfers.

  • If paid electronically (Visa / MasterCard), the amount will be refunded to the same card used, and the process may take 7 to 14 working days depending on the card-issuing bank's policy.

• The customer shall bear the delivery and shipping fees resulting from the return or exchange process, unless the reason is an error in supply on our part or a manufacturing defect in the product.

🛠️ Third: Manufacturing Defects and Warranties

• If you receive a product with an obvious manufacturing defect, Yousef Bashiti & Sons will replace the product for free and as quickly as possible without charging the customer any additional shipping costs.

• After the initial 7-day period, all equipment and tools are subject to the terms of the official warranty provided with the product, where our authorized maintenance center handles the repair of defects covered by the warranty for free and with high efficiency.
