You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and the estimated delivery time.

1.5 Shipping Fees

1.6 Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • an incorrect shipping address, or

  • refusal of receipt, or

  • failure to collect the shipment from the shipping company within the specified period

the customer will bear the shipping fees incurred for returning the shipment.
We will attempt to contact you in these cases to arrange reshipment at your expense.


2. Returns and Exchanges

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories (if any).

  • The return request must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Consumable materials that have been opened or used
    (e.g., adhesives, paints, lubricants, etc.).

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety materials
    (e.g., gloves, masks, safety glasses, etc.).

  • Products sold as part of "Final Sale" offers unless they are damaged or defective.

After receiving and inspecting the product and confirming that it meets the conditions, the refund or exchange request will be processed within up to 3 business days.

2.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider/service.

2.5 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange process according to product availability and applicable conditions.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:
